My friend couldn't afford the "affordable healthcare act" and instead could only afford to pay the punishment fee. He's had a hernia since October and can't find help. Plus with this fake panic crap over WuFlu, it is making it even more difficult for him to get help.

Your friend needs to get to vounty welfare. Also look for a program called Hill. Burton. It was used to oay fof my friends hernia a few years back. Usually the hospital can direct you to a funding for your hernia. County assistance as well Hernias strangulated. Get taken care of Health first debt second.

My friend lives in PA. He was working with a hospital for assistance, but he just got the run-around. Plus crap about corona being the excuse for ignoring him.
