This is such a narrow way to look at it. Activities like porn actually alter neurological pathways in the brain. This makes it easier to succumb to other vices. Nobody is comparing the levels of withdrawals. Said person could have gotten over their drug addiction and already gone through the withdrawal period, but then things like porn can function as a trigger that sends them spiraling back to the drug usage. It doesn't have to be the root cause to increase the chances somebody relapses.
It's a silly view to say that porn somehow is the cause of someone's other addictions, when those other addictions are harder to kick with deeper effects when you try, and more physically addictive.
Ultimately, porn or drugs, it comes down to personal impulse control and if you give into your impulses at every corner (such as watching porn when ever the mood strikes) then that's a problem deeper than just porn.
