That is a good question. I was planning to research the protocol promoted by that physician out of Israel. Looks like 150 mg per kg is a common dosage for other conditions. This study also has a recommended dosage: https://www.ijidonline.com/article/S1201-9712(20)32506-6/fulltext
That being said, I got this as part of a larger stash with the intention to research and use should the need arise and obstacles prevent just calling Frontline Physicians for a prescription.
Are you sure that is mg (milligrams) and not µg (micrograms)? There is a factor of 1,000 difference.

I'm on Windows so I use the Character Map utility, find the symbol I want then copy and paste.
It is quite important to get it right with dosages. Factors of a thousand could make a difference!!
