I am 72 y.o. 6’2” 220# RHR 35 BP 100/60 Athletic Heart Syndrome due to a vigorous life. Currently ‘bicycling’ ~100 miles / week weather permitting (I am a fair weather cyclist).
I am almost too big to walk, and have to be careful of hips and knees.
Had a CT the other day that reported arthritis in spine and hips - and a (one!) 2 1/2” kidney stone. So I am awaiting surgery, lithotomy - ONE AND DONE.
My cycle is an Inspired Cycle Engineering ICE trike Sprint 26” hardtail now almost ten years old. New model
Been working out my prayer and spirtual muscles the last year and think I forgot about my physical muscles. Have been eating better but think its time to focus some time on more
Organic Vegetables, grown using my own blood, sweat, tears, and dirty fingernails. Eggs, gathered each morning from my own free range flock. Red Meat, harvested with my own two hands and a bolt action rifle. Excercise 5 days a week, stretch session one night, rest another. Bible studies on Saturday, target practice on Sunday after church. Currently teaching kids how to kick a soccer ball and row a canoe.
That's me now. 5 years ago? Smoking some weed, playing Xbox and eating a pizza tonight maybe.
....I got to be honest, I don't think I would be leading this kind of life if I hadn't read John Podesta's child-trafficking emails and fallen to my knees afterward to accept Jesus as my savior and beg God to make me his warrior. This movement, these last 5 years...it's been a shot in the arm and a life-changer like no other to me.
The war on drugs is a black hat program. Psychedelics were used with a fair amount of consistency especially for rituals even in Spartan culture. Communion was psychedelic for many in the early church before the Roman church began and forced non-psychedelic communion to be mandatory. God made a good amount of psychedelics, they do have a good and proper use for us on this earth. But no need for a whole .win about it.
I’m a naturally small person, but I started targeting certain muscles last July so I can be in better shape for what’s to come. I have defined muscles for the first time in my life and have confidence in myself to physically defend those who may need it.
I hope I don’t have to, but I’m not afraid to go to battle anymore.

This is something I need to work on. 6 2 155lbs need to put on more muscle
That was my issue. I’m lean, but I had zero muscles. That has changed in the last 11-12 months though!

His paid workouts are top notch too, can confirm, I quite like the Xero programs, intense workouts at home with 0 equipment necessary.
