OK fair enough, but since they stopped counting at 65%, that seems awfully low for any election. One would think they'd get to at least 85% or 90% like other states. Why stop at 65%?

..... rigged elections make it lopsided? I wonder how many illegals voted in California. I assume California is one of the most corrupt states top to bottom.
