Thank you. I'm mostly better now. I hope it doesn't return.
I have saved your Lomatium link. Yes, I get some polyphenols from fruit and teas.. I have a lot of green tea (too much is bad for you) because of the EGCG in it which is a zinc ionophore like quercetin and HCQ
yep... I only drink one cup a day... well, about 16 oz. but in the last year I have also gone to supplemental polyphenol concentrates from blueberry and beets... seems to have made a huge difference since I haven't been sick at all in that time. Usually I get sinus infections in the spring...
I've also been considering increased potassium intake as well since it has a vasodialating effect... perhaps countering the blood clotting effects of the vax and shed cells.
I'm sorry you're going thru this anon.
also look into the herb Lomatium
https://todayspractitioner.com/influenza/lomatium-dissectum-inhibits-cxcl10-linked-influenza/
and intake of more polyphenols, such as found in the green tea, but look at blueberrys and other blue/purple colored foods (or supplements).

Oh sinusitis is terrible isn't it!
I have hardly had it since taking lots of zinc and C and D. As you point out, maybe the green tea helped.
Interesting idea about the potassium
