I’ll just point out that DeSantis didn’t go far enough with the law. The law applies only to people who are running for or are elected to Florida state (and not federal) offices. The fact he’s still president doesn’t give him protection under this law.

This is an excellent point. This post is moot unfortunately, unless (until) Trump runs for a House seat in FL so he can take the Speakership and be sworn in after Kumslut and Xiden are impeached.
