i think it is shedding.
I had had long covid for a while which went away. Then mysteriously came back in March right when more people were getting vaxxed. probably catching some shedding from them and flaring up the long covid symptoms.
get ivermectin it gets rid of the long haul symptoms. watch the videos on FLCCC site of people like you
Thank you, already on top of that. I got horse paste a couple weeks ago and works well. I researched a study done in peru on ivermectin and long hauler found good results on it.

How much (dosing) did you take and for how long
on the horse past each little notch is good for 50 lbs body weight. I weight around 200 so dose is 4 notches for me. I am researching more on dosing but following the treatment regimen I have seen for regular covid which is day 1 dose, day 3 dose then weekly after that. then I'll switch to every 2 weeks as preventative. Though I may already have immunity (getting tested for antibodies now). I've seen several different dosing schedules so YMMV. caveat: I am not a doctor.
Commenting to hear more on dosing.
also definitely DO NOT take ivermectin if pregnant or nursing.

I read somewhere that Pine tree tea is extremely effective
Yes, I have had the same kind of experience. I wrote that post on it the other day and you commented.
