I'm in Denver CO and I believe the cities are mainly blue. From my experience traveling around the state once you get a couple miles out of the city everyone is a conservative. Even in the cities I think there are a lot more conservatives than we are led to believe. Ive already gotten into a pretty nasty physical fight just because I told someone I was a republican. Then came the racist insults and a fight ensued. I also had 2 windows on my truck broken. Broncos American flag that covered rear cab glass and 2 Trump bumper stickers. Noone wants to admit they are conservatives here due to retaliation. It doesn't help that I dont have a garage so my truck was parked on the street.
I’m so sorry about what happened to your truck, true native Coloradans’ like my husband and I are conservatives. We are here, we are just obscured by all the dripping blue libtards from CA in the cities. You are correct go south to Parker, Kiowa, west to Rifle oh yea it’s Red Country there.
I just chalk it up as city living. That wouldn't have happened when I lived in evergreen or leadville. Some of the nicest people I've ever met were colorado natives. It doesn't discourage me as I believe this wouldnt have happened if it wasn't for the media and also the legalization which im not against but it seemed to bring a lot of undesirables. I'm not native, I moved out here in 2010 from the east coast to ski and hike the mountains. Best decision I've made, just looking forward to get back outside the city. Thanks, have a good one.
I don't want to reveal more info than I need to but I can tell you from personal experience you are correct. Great state.
We travel in a fifth wheel and like going to Grand Junction, CO. We have Q stickers with WWG!WGA on the window of the Truck, and back of the RV. Seems very RED in Grand Junction, and very welcomed because of the stickers, since we have CA plates.
I weep for my home state.
I'm not even a native but I weep for your state. Beautiful state with unlimited outdoor activities. I had never seen a state so clean and pristine. I think the litter everywhere is the most upsetting. Can't do anything about the idiots, it seems they have spread to everywhere. You still have a state to be proud of though.
❤
I'm hoping the springs is an exception to this rule. Trying to move down there soon..
Yes you can't be advertising your political affiliation on your vehicle because it can be hazardous for said vehicle.
I can be a dick and was expecting some reaction. Wasnt expecting it to be this bad.. I've even had problems at the gas station because of it or people throwing garbage in the truck bed. I even had someone pass me on the interstate and throw a full McDonald's drink out their window. Good thing it was my pos work truck! Im pretty sure it has cost me a few jobs. People get super salty over that but I dont want their business anyway if they get that worked up over a bumper sticker.
Newsom and his family, the root of evil.
Before this election, it seemed to be common to say that California and New York were responsible for why states like Arizona, Texas and Georgia were turning blue over time. After this election, it's hard to claim that anymore. It's so obvious they cheated beyond belief, and they have probably been cheating a lot of states for decades.
You are correct on both. Where we are we have several neighbors who fled CA. When we travel we hear this a lot. Several years ago we traveled down to Durango, Co went into an antique shop got to talking with some fellow natives there. They were very upset with the influx of Cali people that had moved there, escaping CA politics. They came there brought up the real estate drove the price up, cost of living, brought the politics they were escaping. We have friends in Wyoming who complain of the same. I personally don't mind if you move, just don't bring what you are running from with you!
The guy on the Mike Lindell videos, doctor Douglas G Frank, the really computer-nerd looking guy who's about 50, 55 years old,
was telling a lady in an interview when she asked him how long this has been going on, (I'm gonna paraphrase) ''I wondered this too, it's a very good question, isn't it. So I started analyzing all the elections back in time, to see when all this mathematical altering of the normal election patterns started being noticeable.''
He says (again paraphrased) ''It started with the wave of ''motor-voting'' laws, where everyone who applied for drivers' licenses, were automatically registered. They inflated the number of voters, and then they started falsely representing they were all voting... this was in about 2008.."
Dr. Douglas G. Frank <- - - - on Mike Lindell's computer voting fraud videos as well as other interviews he has given to independent journalists.
Cali went Red. Stop the Steal.
If Cali was so blue then why would they have to cheat? I’m thinking Nasty Nancy may have had some help (cheating) getting re-elected too.
I wish they would audit NY and find that Cuomo cheated on his last election. Please!!!
Exactly this!
Colorado has been a dem state since the time we started the freaking mail-in voting and that Conservatives as well as Independents are not accurately represented here.
And libertarians!
I posted this in another thread about Idaho (https://greatawakening.win/p/12ih9o8Qoq/idaho/), but it is relevant to this post, as well:
Idaho has been targeted by the liberal left for years. They have been slowly taking over Boise since at least 1999. They want everything Idaho has, except for the deep conservative values and right leaning politics.
This is what happened to Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, and is also slowly happening to Montana and Wyoming. If you can't take the state, just take the capital and control the state.
This is the reason 7 Oregon counties are trying to leave Oregon and become a part of Idaho. If they succeed, they create another giant conservative state that is nearly impossible for the left to takeover.
We always laugh about Dick Lamm a [D] Governor who by the way, was conservative and everyone liked. He didn't want the Olympics here, his big line was "Don't Californicate Colorado!
"Californication is a portmanteau of California and fornication, appearing in Time on May 6, 1966[1] and written about on August 21, 1972, additionally seen on bumper stickers in the U.S. states of Idaho,[2] Washington,[3] Colorado, Oklahoma,[4][5] and Texas.[6]
It was a term popular in the 1970s and referring primarily to the "haphazard, mindless development [of land] that has already gobbled up most of Southern California",[7] which some attributed to an influx of Californians to other states in the Western United States."
This exactly /\
Agreed.
Dems have no limit.
I've heard it's been referred as the Sate of Denver, since the liberals in the city took over.
A full routing is in order, yes yes, here here and the pepes rejoice!
From what ive seen, it could be true.....they might have that many tents and shopping carts if there's shade and a nice sidewalk to poop on.
It does make you wonder, if California was really as blue as they claim, then why would someone go to the trouble of creating votes tied to an empty dorm building since the state is a Dem slam dunk? Why would they risk that? If anything, I hope there are folks looking into other anomalies like this in the state. Finding even just a few others could be a game-changer.
