I want to know where this was recorded. Is it an old rehash or is his reference to things more recent? The blackout behind him is foreboding for the deep state.

Right when @RealGenFlynn created his Telegram there were people like Lin Wood and Patrick Byrne who said that it was Gen. Flynn's actual account.
