I would have actually been working the phase 2 portion of the audit but I ended up having car trouble and having to wait for parts for about a week which made me miss the training window.
My guess it wouldn't be an ordinary black light, but a specific frequency which can only reveal images.
I don't think his isn't an image of a current ballot, but a prototype for the future.
Per my source working the AZ audit when I asked about watermarks and what the UV light station is for:
The AZ ballots are being checked under UV-A and UV-B for tiny yellow dots / splotches.
In hindsight I didn't ask if the real ballots should or shouldn't have those marks however.
