Valid questions. I did a little research on what these could mean.
A psychiatric disorder can include neurocognitive disorders. These psychiatric disorders affect people’s ability to think and reason. The disorders in this group include delirium as well as disorders of thinking and reasoning caused by such conditions or diseases as traumatic brain injury or Alzheimer's disease.

Death by surgical and medical procedure seems self evident. Vaccines could be defined as a medical procedure. It is another way of listing that the vaccine was responsible for the death.

And you honestly believe the vaccine is causing all of those and the dozens and dozens of other deaths listed? That's fucking nonsense.
You state "Vaccines could be defined as a medical procedure. It is another way of listing that the vaccine was responsible for the death."
Which you're just pulling out of your ass to cover the fact that it shows this dats is nonsense. Then you link some unrelated article to make it seem like you have something backing you up, when you don't. K.
Everyone knows getting vaccinated is a medical procedure. If that's how they listed the deaths from the vaccine, then why do any of these have other causes of death? The fact that all the rest of the deaths are given causes would indicate that "medical procedures" is not just having received the vaccine.
Some possibilities could be that the deaths are listed by different practitioners and this can create a variance when categorizing. For example, the social and psychiatric classifications probably refers to the same type of death: dementia/brain trauma.
Also, there may have been no secondary issue associated with the deaths listed under "medical procedure".

Just my guess.
