Take all the Chinese assets that they have in America. Their land, Hollywood, corporations, energy deals. They are an enemy of the state and actively engaging in crimes against the state.

Also, do not let anybody buy land who is not an American. Also, land can't be willed to a non-American. Even Mexico doesn't do this.
