Dairy (vitamin D) is an aid to lose weight when the portions are reasonable.
Most people have Vitamin D deficiency and that impacts people in many ways.
D + K2 + magnesium
I believe vitamin D is made by the body when exposed to sunlight. The dairy industry lies to us ( as does the meat industry )
It does but it's made on the skin and can wash off with daily soapy showers...better to supplement
Northern folk have to contend with shorter days in winter (and cold temperatures to boot!)
I think the vitamin D in dairy is mostly due to the fortified (eg added) vitamin D. If you happen to consume raw milk products I'm not sure there's much vitamin D in those.
Dairy and wheat are emergency foods.
