Oh, thanks. I read it that she HAD been arrested in the past for something related to mental health issues, and treated badly, but not that THIS episode ended in arrest. Mental health issues are certainly real, but as far as I know, they generally do NOT make it permissible for people to go around threatening and terrorizing others, bomb or no bomb.
