This is the meme of the era in my opinion. It perfectly sums up exactly how the old school career politicians work. I think Heels-Up's completely moronic and tone deaf deflection will be this generation's "let them eat cake moment." I know that gets thrown around a lot when gaffes like this happen in the public eye but this is an allegedly sitting VP completely deflecting her role and responsibility in the face of a national crisis. Only the most scummy and privileged of career politicians would even attempt to pull something like this off.

These are not public administrators. These are not leaders of communities. They do not jump into the fray of battle with their men. These are cowards. These are whores and thieves. These are people weak of mind and bereft of soul. I think this should be memed into oblivion. This should be a phrase on par with "No new taxes." or "I am not a crook" or "I did not have sexual relations with that woman.". Forever to be ingrained into the American psycho-lexiconography as way of completely and utterly failing to meet expectation and deflecting responsibility for failing your people/community.
