So disclose.tv reported that Biden was currently over 2 hours late to NATO presser which they updated when he showed up, saying he was 2.5 hours late. Does anyone ever say 2.5 hours? I never heard it before in the MSM. People say two and a half hours. Comms. Great find!

Might as well just say,

'over two hours late' 'half past two' (very English though) 'he's late again'
