Almost every politician and speaker uses notes, or even a teleprompter. Many don’t, that’s true. But every single president and politician that we’ve had used notes in their speeches, especially in cases where they have speechwriters so they might not be acutely familiar with what’s being said
The person above was citing EFFECTIVE public speakers, and it is true that the best contemporaneous speakers use little or few notes. Think of Trump.
Trump, for all of his life in business, has used his great mind to cover every facet of his work, from the actual building of a project, to the tiniest detail which might cause a problem some day.
Yet he managed to remember the people who worked for him at every level and never missed an opportunity to honor or compliment others.
Those who have called him racist or other false names have never even tried to understrand the man. We have among us a paragon and should learn to appreciate him.
He is absolutely the best President, and will always be my favorite of all time.
It was disappointing that in the UK there was no social event with children and the media in attendance where Ol' Joe can be tempted to make another faux pas about young girls. Maybe they took care to avoid that scenario.
I like how they put "the president" at the top in case biden forgot who he was pretending to be lol.
Utter clown show, hope this is part of the movie because stuff like this keeps leaking out to make xiden look worse, there were a few things i saw in the past that made no logical sense that xiden's side would release footage of him acting like a idiot unless it was Q making them dance to their tune.
