The powers have already baked into the cake the resistance to that line of thinking for refusal. So, until things are changed in our favor on legal grounds, allergies or prior adverse reactions as a medical exemption will possibly be the only way to avoid being forced into being subjected to experimentation. If you do not already have allergies, develop some quickly. With the current TX nurse's case being shot down by a judge, it is not looking like employees will be able to resist on moral or ethical grounds. If you need to keep your job now, and don't have the luxury of waiting to fight things out in court, a medical exemption may be your only option. In most states, employers are given a lot of leeway into setting employment conditions. There is not a way legally in most cases to refuse - except for medical reasons as long as that medical condition does not impact a person's ability to do a job.
I am a clinician and currently have a medical exemption because any vaccine makes me very ill - no lie. In addition, I already have autoimmune disease because of an influenza vaccine given years ago. Any type of food allergy is an automatic contraindication for these shots. If you are creative enough, there should be something in your medical history that could be used - but, you will need the help of your physician to get the exemption. In addition, Patriots sometimes are too vocal about their objections to their own detriment. As long as you have not been overly vocal about your objections on moral grounds, you could use the medical. We need to be careful about what hills we choose to die on.
Sometimes the best strategy is not a frontal assault, but to use what is directed at you and deflect it. This is a medical intrusion - so use a medical reason to bypass it. In addition, it keeps you from being labeled an antivaxer. We are stuck trying to navigate and survive what they are throwing at us. You can still hold on to your principles while using their own system against them.

Those of us trying to sound the alarm were often a lone voice crying in the wilderness and marginalized by those we were trying to save. Now, when those same Patriots are beginning to awaken, they are realizing that the rules were changed long time ago while they were asleep. Therefore, in order for us to survive, we are going to have to learn to operate within the framework the evil among us have already installed; Despite how much we want that framework to be more to our liking - that is not the reality we are in. That being said, I always say, it is better to be late to the party then never to have arrived at all. We Patriots are on a fast learning curve - but we can do this. I know at least 3 dozen people that are walking around with FAKE CDC "Proof of Vaccination" cards. They used REAL vaccine Lot #'s which are being given in their states, the locations of real places that are giving the vax, etc... . Most that are using fake cards simply copied (or photographed) information from a friend's card, then filled one out using that info. They turned a photocopy or scan of that card in to HR as proof of vaccination. :>) It only takes about 1/2 hour to do.
If you want to be more honest, then talk to any nurses you know. Tell them that you don't want the vax, but need to have proof for work. Tell them you will gift a $150 bottle of fine Irish Whiskey to any nurse that will inject you with saline solution and record it as a vax. Then say you'll buy them 2 tickets to any concert they want this year in exchange for the 2nd "vax" shot. It may cost you $250 total... but you will keep your job and have full records of the vax.
Within a few hours of telling one or two nurses, expect to get contact info for a nurse willing to give you the fake vax. You'll get a CDC card, the vax will be squirted down the sink... and everyone is happy.
I know several doctors who would happily squirt the vaccine in the trash and put a bandaid on my arm if asked. Most doctors don't like the forced vax either. There is a big underground movement of people who sympathize.
I don't mean to be argumentative but why do you need a religious exemption? Just point them to the humanitarian rights of the Nuremberg Code ( https://history.nih.gov/display/history/Nuremberg+Code ). This applies because the FDA has NOT approved any vax for this disease. So it is still in the trial phase. No employer can force you to get the jab. If you lose your job, you could own the company (by suing them).

Taking a stand, however courageous, principled or right, is no longer an option, as we are getting close to the point where to do so could mean unemployment, social exclusion, financial penalty or even arrest. In the UK, the Health Minister stood up in Parliament and said jab avoiders could be prevented from using the NHS and if they contract a respiratory illness, would not be treated.
