  1. Repeal ALL ATF regulations and guidances.

  2. Return ALL confiscated firearms to the rightful owner, or next of kin.

  3. Divide up remaining funds and refund by percentage any person(s) having had to pay fines/court costs to defend themselves from said bureau, and refund all tax stamps and fees associated with.
