New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy passed legislation that bars landlords from asking prospective tenants about their criminal history. The new law is an attempt to make housing more equitable for people of color.

Seriously what connection are they making here? These people really are stupid.

Murderers and rapists should all be executed. No one needs them.

But I bet you landlords will be liable when those murderers and rapists murder or rape someone in the apartment complex.

I guess this means banks and other institutions can't discriminate against conservatives now.

Sure they can - All they have to do is say they have no apartments available. Somebody came in and rented it before you did. It’s going to come up on a background check let’s put it that way. Anybody can decide what they’re going to rent to.
