What is it about Woodstock that Baby Boomers still celebrate fifty years later?
Jimi Hendrix's searing, electrifying, still-unmatched version of the Star-Spangled Banner.
And over half a million people gathering to celebrate peace and music with a grand total of two deaths, one from an OD and one who was sleeping under a tractor to stay dry and was later run over by the unaware driver. Violence was nonexistent. Give the flower children credit, they pulled it off. The peace and love were real for just a short while there at least...something to celebrate 50 years later no matter how much cynicism has encrusted our hearts with our advancing knowledge of the evil of humankind
Not all boomers. Stop lumping us together. Many of us were disgusted at what went on there. Sex, drugs and mountains of trash were also a reality of that event.

Everyone sees what they focus on
I try to look for the positive in case it's there
Did you just hallucinate a bizarre caricature of what I said, and then publicly mock your own hallucination?
fuck the flower children! They were commies, instead of burning cities on meth, They were spreading gonorrhea on LSD
