It's true this is a law in FL, (likely unconstitutional as I don't know of any cases where they've tried to enforce it). What's also true is DeSantis had nothing to do with it.
He just signed it that's all.
He signed an edited version that actually includes prohibitions on businesses requiring vaccine passports.

Well to be fair, COVID is NOT a pandemic and not highly communicable. Maybe their definition is more traditional... you know, like the Bubonic Plague or the Black Death that killed 1/3 of Europe? COVID doesn't even rise to the level of a bad flu.
