He's got a long way to go before he is competing with Amazon.
But good for him. I will buy something to support it.
I've been trying hard to buy from local businesses instead of Amazon lately.
True, Amazon's strength is in the logistical network... they have massive operations nationwide. if Lindell and co could rival that AND provide better jobs (with a patriotic flavor), I bet the defections will be legendary.
Lindell is obviously a smart businessman.
I was a fan of Amazon back when they sold only books. At time I had no idea that a corrupt criminal network had funded Google, Facebook and Amazon with aims to control our information and put all our local businesses out of business.
I with Lindell the greatest success. It is a big job.
I stopped buying from Amazon, but where I live the stores are still closed.
On a positive note my bank accounts look great after not pissing away money for a year and a half.
Inflation is taking care of that for you
I think you are hitting on a potentially huge angle.
Mike should only sell American made products. He probably already is, but it should be an absolute requirement. I am so sick of everyone manufacturing in China and selling on Amazon. China takes everyone's blueprints, makes their own, and then sells the same thing on Amazon for much cheaper.
Just look at the shoe products on Amazon. You can tell the Chinese knockoffs because they are always names like AEFSHEE or HAKDKOF. Some weird combination of capital letters. And, of course, their descriptions are dead giveaways too. "Rubber footer good clean walk."
I would LOVE nothing more than a huge online commerce store that only sells American made. I DON'T CARE if it costs more. Buying cheap shit from China costs America more and will be the end of our country.
The best way to sink China is to cut off their cash flow by no longer buying their shit!
Amazon does have a quarter-century head start....
