Has tbis not been deboonk'dike 5 times already?
You people are helpless. OP is linking you to the text of the bill that includes those lines.
Heres the link to the bill itself
https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2021/2006/
Signed by Desantis May 3, goes into effect July 1.
I thought people researched here
Ha, I do a LOT of research. But that was a question. And a sincere one. This has been posted many times and each time there is conflict over validity of the Bill and its attribution to DeSantis. How are there links to it being real and it not being? Makes it hard to research. Guess I'll do it myself this time.
The text was in bill 6003 and also 2006.
6003 died.
2006 passed everyone and was signed.
Like I said... helpless.
That is the text on line 1007 not 1107 buddy.
Got on this morning and saw this post thinking oh good, someone has the real bill here. Then the comments are about how its fake... smh
It has
You should delete this...this was passed by the FL legislature 10 years ago! DeSantis does not make law, he signs legislation...please don't post without doing the dig...this one is easy.
He signed it, no? Did he have to?
No, he didn't have to sign it.
So is he our guy?
Yes...he is our guy
SB2006 Florida bill goes into affect July 1, 2021
Stop the BS.
Research then post. This was stricken from the bill if I remember correctly.
Sb2006 is dead? Are you sure?
Link to completely different bill
It’s not HIM! https://youtu.be/j0aB95x9-Kk
He signed off and he didn’t have to
its BEEN LAW FOR OVER A DECADE
Do you know where to find that? I've tried to find it to no avail. Only reference to it that I've seen is in that video.
I don't see why they would add a paragraph to a bill that is already in a different law.
well this is from 2015.. https://www.flsenate.gov/Session/Bill/2015/0950/Analyses/2015s0950.pre.hp.PDF
Interesting.
Looks like the difference is the addition of "by any means necessary" but not the things they're allowed to do.
Definitely seems worse. The way it reads to me (not a lawyer) is before they could order it and you could sue to potentially stop it, now they can hold you down and inject you.

This has been debunked already. The bill never made it out of committee.
Search the damned FL Legislature website and you'll find it.
