I have horrendous allergies. Always stuffy or runny nose. I do still take zyrtek, but that alone had only helped a little. Don't even notice anymore. If I get lazy and skip, my head stuffs up.

How about India and SE Asia? I didn't specify region. There are many areas of the world where people lack access to clean drinking water. I'm saying that instead of all these environmental and health fads, so many of the stated goals could be accomplished by providing clean water IF we do choose to pour charitable money into making the world better.
