Yes, he said something like, “it’s windy as hell up here. I don’t know about you guys, but it’s windy as hell up here.” At the time I was listening rather than watching, but it seemed maybe he also made reference to one of the MAGA hats he brought with him because I thought he was going to put one on, but then, if I remember right, he threw the last one into the crowd that he’d kept hold of when he first arrived.

Thanks for the reply, makes sense. I've never had Twitter, instagram, or Facebook so I'm not familiar with their timestamps.
