fucks sake this aint ever gonna be over is it? It'll be 2023 by the time these reports and investigations are done and that's just one state!! we need to fix 2020 NOW or it will get memory holed!
The audit team is still lacking the subpoenaed routers, logs and passwords, so litigation is expected in order to obtain that information. They will need this information to complete the full forensic audit. Legislative subpoenas for this data were issued on January 13, 2021.
I would think routers and any other electronic equipment will be so thoroughly "scrubbed" by the time they are forced to turn anything over that it will be useless. Even if proven the equipment was "scrubbed" the guilty will be able to avoid any evidence that WAS on it; you can't convict someone for evidence you believe existed, but was destroyed.
But I'm sure they would rather suffer whatever penalty there would be associated with destroying data, than they would the penalty for orchestrating a fraudulent election, which could be considered treason. They could plead the 5th, and therefore, there would be no way to produce the actual data that proves the election fraud, at least on the electronic (routers, etc.) side of it.
Election reform is something. With enough election reform and exposure it will be very difficult to steal another election. As far as criminal charges and prosecutions go, we will have to wait and see. The wheels of justice turn slowly.
I thought the audit was the investigation? Or is this talking about investigating who was responsible for the fraud?
They gathered the evidence, now the long arm of the low needs to run with it.
The audit will uncover fraud and other malfeasance. Once uncovered, it will be up to the AG to then take on criminal investigations.
In other words, the audit uncovers the crime, the AG uncovers those responsible for the crime.

Interesting...

You wasted 15 days here…..
You use the word honestly when you are being anything but honest. Fictional language abounds.
