Well, if the other poster is right, and she is under white hat control, she would tow the party line when it did not matter (i,e, Impeachment 1 and 2, they never had the votes and they knew that before it started) - think cover and concealment. Exactly. Not saying this theory is true or false, but if it were true, then it would make sense for Sinema to keep a fairly low profile. If she had voted "No" with the Trump impeachment, she certainly wouldn't have been able to keep a low profile.
Hers was not a deciding vote. She may have figured out easier in that case to toe the Dem line. I can't imagine that if she had any common sense at all, she knew Trump was not guilty of what they were impeaching him on, but she knew that he would not be convicted. We're dealing with political strategists here, not people of moral principles.
