I've had family recently tell me about loud explosions shaking their houses at random points in the East Kentucky/South Western Virginia/West Virginia area lately. So I've had a thought occur. Is it possible they're using all of the old underground coal mines as entrances to their DUMBS? I mean, think about it. Obama came in and tried to kill the coal industry, leaving thousands of miles of underground tunnels ripe for the picking to expand on and connect to their DUMB network.
Beyond that, it makes sense for the military to be moving up in the country. We hear about Florida and the deep south all the time having random explosions, surely by now the white hats have moved up north enough in their clean up of the DUMBS to get to roughly this area?

We've had more than a few similar incidents north of Spokane that have been unexplained. I never thought about connecting that to mines, we have some old/closed rare metal mines but no big coal mines

Being an UG miner from the area, old coal mines and even newer ones would be extremely dangerous to “re-use”, strip mining in the area has been done for a long time and blasting times are usually around 4-5pm. Now this is not to say that something couldn’t be mocked up to look like an old coal mine entrance and used, I’m just saying that the re-use of an existing one is unlikely. Now if the blasting is happening at night it would rule out typical mining activity given blasting regulations prohibit setting off shots after sunset, if you finished loading a shot and got “darked on”, then you would have to sleep on it and fire after daybreak.
In addition to coal, what if they build DUMBs under/around oil fields as a source of fuel?
It would explain why they would want to stop all drilling, right?

Ok....this is what I know, personally about this area. Back in 2008 I had to take a ? man down to that area...drove from the ohio/wv border at night, through the mountains...for hours based on directions communicated via cell phone calls (service sucked and was non existant in lots of places)...I knew better than to ask questions.. and to be honest I didnt want to know. In frustration I said "where the hell are we?" There aren't even road signs! He looked at me and said "There's a secret base under this mountain" I'm going to training"... i dropped him off in the middle of the woods.....I've never forget that night....

You can also look at the USGS earthquake map and look at the depth of each instance. DUMBs are typically 10km deep, per Gene Decode.
