It covid is so deadly, shouldn't masks be disposed as bio hazard?

No. N95 masks are designed for wear in a contaminated environment, to block dust from the airways. They are vented to allow unfiltered air to be exhaled freely from the lungs. They protect against submicroscopic virus particles only in the imagination.
A contractor made a video after putting up drywall with an N95 mask on, there was drywall dust caked around his mouth and nose. It appeared he was wearing it properly as well. YT has scrubbed it now.
That's exactly why I never trusted the masks -- not that I thought the virus was ever more than the flu. The few times I wore a mask when sanding, I found streaks from the sides of the mask leading to my nostrils and the dust was caked around my nostrils. Where's everyone's common sense gone?!
Liberal imagination is powerful
My GF is a ER nurse and long before covid they had a option. Get the flu shot of wear a mask during flu season and it had to be a N95.
But, maybe they knew then it was useless. Just a way of slowly taking power over people
