I mean for lots of the fat soluble vitamins or heavier minerals, it's not a bad take. No chance of overdosing, overall a tiny bit less absorption keeps jt digestible.
A good multi (say Alive! Or anything by Nature's Way, Rainbow Light, or Solaray) combined with separate D and separate C (because on both of these you want to be over the RDA as much as you can handle) and any other specific supplements (I recommended K2 non mk4 from Asia and turmeric with ginger and black pepper) is probably the best option period

If you ever feel rich, pick up some rebbbl drinks..they're usually packed with reishi or chaga. The cocoa is delicious, my wife loves it.
Reishi is excellent as a nighttime tea as well.
Lion's Mane goes good with chocolate, imo.
