They're downvoting you because they don't understand that in the medical field women and minorities are chosen because of the sex and race and not on their merit. That's why they are dumb as fuck. I'm in the medical field and I'm surrounded by incompetent physicians, pharmacists, dentists, nurses, etc. 90% of the time they are women and minorities.
