Are you a medic? What is your expertise or source to say where exactly the bullet went in? Unlike hollywood shows us blood does not "SPURT" from wounds, and bullets can be lodged in such a way as to prevent massive blood loss.
How do you know it hit an artery? If it hit her directly in the center it would have missed an artery. Could have gotten lodged just above the chest plate resulting in internal bleeding, filling the lungs. She may have basically drowned to death

Blood spurts from artery wounds, which is exactly what would have happened if a gun that size had actually hit a human in the neck.

You've clearly never seen a gunshot wound in your life, and it's official narrative that she was shot in the neck, not the "chest plate."
I said just above the chest plate. I've seen many gunshot wounds that don't "spurt" -- you failed to address the possibility that it missed an artery.
