Years ago I built several racks that can hold lots of fireworks. I have three racks that can hold 24 Roman candles each, or large bottle rockets. I got some HDPE mortar tubes, about 70. I buy mortar shells and Cannon fuse and connect them all together in groups.
The most expensive shells are canister shells, 60 gram, about $6.25 per shot.
Took an old fashioned steam train ride, bought discount shoes, and ate at a hometown restaurant, made our kids say the pledge with us before eating. :) Then I read the Declaration of Independence aloud on the drive home. It was very easy today to think of replacing King with Deep State and Indian People with China and seeing it the same.
Made apple bacon for breakfast, watched the parade down the road, played at the lake, cooked a lovely slab of ribs and steak kabobs on the new charcoal grill, shot off a lot of fireworks, went down to the lake for the annual Independence Day firework show, came home and blew off more fireworks and stayed up late drinking and hanging out with my wife and friend

I'm working, listening to fireworks but can't see them.
Last night Cookout with the family & both our parents and siblings families.and fireworks!
Tonight was hot dog cookout, friends and more family, coworkers, neighbors, and a huge display. Lasted 25 min, almost a grand in fireworks total.
Freedom day needs celebrated with gratuitous displays of patriotism, food and explosions.
When i picked up some fireworks noticed some with full carts and easily can see how 1 grand is possible.
