Well to be honest, when I was in (1985-1990) the older out -of-shape enlisted and officers would start running about a month before the annual PT test and would do nothing for the rest of the year.

So what? I figure they will probably wear a dress uniform in an actual parade. Better to practice in the footwear that goes with a parade uniform. Ukrainian women are some of the world's most beautiful. Have a good reputation for intelligence and personality as well.
