Unless black hats all agree to watch some otherwise tiny and irrelevant news source for comms but can't see it.

I don;'t know how it works with these really small local newspapers. You would think if circulation is only a few tens of thousands, if that, then the journalistic staff would be just a couple of guys or something like that. I think they would notice if the website in their garage was getting millions of hits all the time from all over the world as black hats checked in all the time to see if any comms.

In fact the two guys at Cornwall Live are probably thinking exactly that right now. Checking their Apache access logs and going WTF why are there so many hits and who are greatawakening and why do they care about some dog? :=)
