Please tell me where I can access HELP for .win site. Closest thing I found was AskWin, and that did not help. I suppose I could have ASKED WIN, but like to stay in my lane here.

You're welcome.
You sir, and a gentleman. It is a pleasure to correspond with someone who understands the difference between the reply of "No problem", and "You're Welcome."
No Problem, shifts the primary attention, enlarges the one receiving thanks. I held the door for you, and it was no problem for "ME", all about me. You're Welcome keeps the attention on the other person, I held the door for you, and you are welcome, you may avail yourself of my politeness anytime. You're welcome enlarges other person.
[The Gentleman] is always truthful and sincere ; will not agree for the sake of complaisance or out of weakness ; will not pass over that of which he disapproves. He has a clear soul, and a fearless, straightforward tongue. On the other hand, he is not blunt and rude. His truth is courteous ; his courtesy, truthful ; never a humbug, yet, where he truthfully can, he prefers to say pleasant things. [The Rev. John R. Vernon, "The Grand Old Name of Gentleman," in Contemporary Review, vol. XI, May-August 1869]
Honestly, you've given me a bit too much credit, as you've broken this down better than I could have. I have more-so been going on instinct of what felt 'right'.
Admittedly, I used to say "No problem" or "No worries" quite a bit, but, it just felt 'wrong'. Whereas "You're welcome", "My pleasure", "Happy To Help" felt more 'correct', at a gut level. Perhaps for the precise reasons you have given.
Glad that you have explained why it is the better way to respond, thank you very much for that!
Pay no attention to this old fogy.
No Problem probably means something different to a younger person whom I feel quite certain is not saying, "Hey bud, when I held that door for you, that potentially could have been a problem for me, but in this particular case, it happened not to be a problem."
