That is not correct. You cannot see the entire building in question, even if your theory is correct. It was a U-shaped building and the portion in this video is only a segment of that shape.
Drapes and windows are clearly seen, as are miscellaneous objects on the balconies. Windows and loose objects are removed from buildings prior to demo.
This is either the remaining uncollapsed portion of the building in Miami, or it is what it says it is.
