I think a great technique to discredit 'conspiracy' theories is to present misinformation that supports the theory but is fake and can easily be shown to be fake.
This allows the global corrupt media to not cover the story and merely say it has 'already been debunked'.
What if that city is run by the corrupt criminal network? What if a building owner didn't want to make expensive repairs to his building, but instead build a new building with insurance money?
