Supposedly a random dude is recording video. He captures the gun. He gets the gun pointed at 'ashli'. He records her getting shot in the fucking neck, and then instead of running away after just having seen somebody shot for no good reason, he stands there like a moron and continues to record video.

None of those people would have just stood there. Human beings have a strong survival instinct. If you don't know what the fuck is going on and somebody is killed in front of you, you run away.
