The door knockers' mission is to identify who's a sheep and who's a Patriot. I don't know whether I'll avoid answering the door or pretend to be a sheep. But I know trying to convince them that the vaccine is bad will put me on a government list for future harassment.
Agreed. I think arguing with them is futile. There is a motive behind this initiative, and convincing us to get the COVID vaccine is not it.

You wouldn't bring spreadsheets and quarterly stock reports about McDonald's corporate business to the local fast food joint and confront the burger flipper, so why would you try to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a medical procedure with a minimum wage door-knocker?
Also... You guys still answer the door? Ever since texting became the norm, there is no such thing as someone just dropping by without texting first, so I never answer the door unless I'm expecting someone, just like I never answer the phone unless it's a number I know. Why bother dealing with spam on the phone or at your front door?
