I'm in favor of this, Federal legalization (or decriminalization is fine/better) - I just don't like that the sponsor list is a who's who of ghoulville. I do wish more respectable politicians would stop fighting this.
This is something that surprised me. I really figured if the Dem's succeeded in stealing power even for a minute, one of the first things they'd do is legalize marijuana federally. It seemed so easy and likely to distract and pacify to a substantial degree. Even weirder, I haven't even heard a peep about it until this. My guess has been that they have too much dark money wrapped up in the illicit sales and didn't want to legalize and create competition for themselves.
And what else is in the fine print.... 🧐🤔
I already read it. It says "you may smoke as many spliffs as you please as long as you get the jab. Long live the vax and blunts to the max!" :0)
Correction: If you've had the vax, you may smoke as much as you want... for as long as you live.
That should be a few months.
Well shit that sucks.... Fuck the government loo

I find it extremely ironic that Ted Cruz keeps railing about Texas and liberty while not letting people consume whatever it is they choose.
Education and a good society are key in making sure people make good decisions. Coercion clearly has the opposite effect.
Cruz is probably benefitting from illicit sales and doesn't want legal competition. I wanted to like him for a while, but he's all talk.
So this will be used to pacify the population into compliance.

CBD > THC
I've heard the optimal is 4 parts CBD 1 part THC.
THC really kicks off the CBD. It's a full cannabinoid spectrum that works better together.
Anything to try and grab the narrative back.
But I would say we’ve past the point of no return already.
