Admittedly, I may have unintentionally consumed the Deep State propaganda that warns me against looking directly at the sun, but I am admittedly unwilling and uninterested in testing it personally. I will leave that to braver and more expendable researchers than myself.
Next time it's partly cloudy where any of you live, trace the rays of sunlight coming through the clouds. Where those intersect is the source of the light.
At certain points in the day early morning and late into the evening the sun becomes much more pleasant/enjoyable to view, when it is not being magnified and bounced around by metallic aerosols.
At this point one can take small glances at the sun and allow their pupils to soak in some of the magnificent glorious rays.
Obviously throughout the day and in these time periods you inadvertently take on some amount of rays.
But taking small glances when the sun is at this “cool down” point even though it looks the hottest feels amazing for your soul and energy levels. This I promise you, don’t look enough till it hurts, just small warming glances try and see the perfectly round sphere for what it is.
I have very black eyes, I can stare directly into the sun with ease and my eye relaxes into it. Avoid for more than 4 seconds at a time so no green dots appear..
