My college recently decided that non vaccinated students would have to go into a 7 day quarantine when they arrive on campus. My dad has been pushing for me to get vaccinated for months, but I’m 18 and my mom has been on my side this whole time so he has basically been all bluster. However, now he’s gone full tilt into rage mode that I won’t do what he thinks is “best for the family.” He has moved all of my stuff from around the house into my bedroom and is telling me that “I wanted to give you the choice but you are getting vaccinated by Friday.” I’m holding firm but I just wanted to share another story about how these deranged psychos will tear everything apart for their narrative.

You can continue to believe this, but first why don't you check out the law(s) in your State against committing fraud. All that needs to occur is for some one to challenge the fraud and deception. If one can't provide the evidence, the entity will judge that individual as not being forth coming and will fire that person for it. They have that right. If one wants challenge them in court, that individual will have an impossible task after discovery is motioned. Then it can easily become a criminal case for committing fraud. This is not the way anyone should challenge this. In fact, this is the worst possible way to getting around 'something' that is already an abuse of power. Using fraud only empowers them. Instead, there are a myriad of different ways to find remedy.
You skirted around the original question. How is it fraud?
I already stated that every State has laws against fraud. How hard is it to verify this and read what your State laws says itself? I don't know what State you live in. Since you are requesting I do work that ought to be 'something' you can do yourself, I'll oblige you this time in the hopes it will be something you'll do next time. Here is a recent case just charged against a homeopathic doctor for making fraudulent vaxxine passes.. Cases like this, in which anyone produces fake Covid vaxx cards is a really bad idea. One should always look downstream to anticipate the consequence(s) to one's actions. Here, it only strengthens the already existing abuse of power the vaxx card presents in terms of public policy. All eyes are now focused on the vaxx card fraud instead of the unlawful vaxx cards. Don't fall for this very foolish idea. Do not lie on a vaxx card. There are many other remedies. We don't need foolish people to 'cloud' the issue giving 'cover' to the enemy and at the same time providing them 'ammo'..
if you're not fucking profiting off it no argument exists for fraud. RTFM
Unfortunately, statutory law for fraud doesn't require a 'profit' to be made in order for it to be considered a fraud. In fact, all State laws state the following -- A fraud is making a false statement or representation knowing it to be false. A false representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it.
