My college recently decided that non vaccinated students would have to go into a 7 day quarantine when they arrive on campus. My dad has been pushing for me to get vaccinated for months, but I’m 18 and my mom has been on my side this whole time so he has basically been all bluster. However, now he’s gone full tilt into rage mode that I won’t do what he thinks is “best for the family.” He has moved all of my stuff from around the house into my bedroom and is telling me that “I wanted to give you the choice but you are getting vaccinated by Friday.” I’m holding firm but I just wanted to share another story about how these deranged psychos will tear everything apart for their narrative.

Unfortunately, statutory law for fraud doesn't require a 'profit' to be made in order for it to be considered a fraud. In fact, all State laws state the following -- A fraud is making a false statement or representation knowing it to be false. A false representation of a matter of fact—whether by words or by conduct, by false or misleading allegations, or by concealment of what should have been disclosed—that deceives and is intended to deceive another so that the individual will act upon it.
Here is a recent case just charged against a homeopathic doctor for making fraudulent vaxxine passes. Cases like this, in which anyone produces fake Covid vaxx cards is a really bad idea. One should always look downstream to anticipate the consequence(s) to one's actions. Here, it only strengthens the already existing abuse of power the vaxx card presents in terms of public policy. All eyes are now focused on the vaxx card fraud instead of the unlawful vaxx cards. Don't fall for this very foolish idea. Do not lie on a vaxx card. There are many other remedies. We don't need foolish people to 'cloud' the issue giving 'cover' to the enemy and at the same time providing them 'ammo'..
you didn't finish reading the law. "Lying" is not against the law. Deceit for the purpose of personal or financial gain = fraud. I am well-versed in the law. The homeopathic doctor's fake vax cards were not FREE, ergo, FINANCIAL GAIN.
'b-b-b-but lying i-is f-fraud!!!!!"
fuck outta here
No, you are not being on honest and are cherry picking parts of statutory law. The law for fraud is encompassing.
So, why are are you avoiding commenting on the link I provided on 2 occasions? This provides proof positive that your deception is very, very bad advice. One cannot deny that lying and deceiving is a bad idea. The truth is sharper than any deception and lie.
Are you actually the fuck retarded???? Arrested for SELLING, KEYWORD SELLING, READ IT AGAIN SEEEELLLLLLIIIINNNNGGGGGGGG fake vaccination cards!!!!!!
It is NOT AGAINST THE LAW TO LIE TO PEOPLE.
Everyone here on this Site inherently knows this is wrong. Thou Shalt Not Lie has not ever been amended.
You are obfuscating the original point. One can deceptively argue that lying and deceiving one's own dad is 'not' technically fraud, but anyone who has raised a family knows -- What is practiced in the family has a large tendency to 'spill' outside of the family. As in this case, condoning fraud in the family may result in fraud being perpetrated at the college that the dad wants him to attend. I already linked a federal case of fake Covid cards. However, apparently you haven't read any statutes on fraud. It is the injury from purposely deceiving another that is the crime, not necessarily profit, albeit it is sound evidence for fraud.
Go tell a lie or deception to the police and see it what it does to you. In fact, do this to any government agency and see what happens. You are forgetting the original thread was concerning a son and his relationship with his father. Yes, I get the Covid vaccine issue, but this is about tending college with that requirement. The son has a right here and does not need to deceive and lie. This is never the way to produce righteousness. In fact, it lessens it. Unfortunately, compulsive behavior to lie and deceive doesn't take into effect the end consequences. A fake Covid card is fraud whether it is to deceive the dad or the college.
Again, go ahead and try this with government. Sometimes evidence is best determined by example.

but it DOES. personal or financial gain.
find the law or fuck outta here
You are now being totally dishonest. I have explained what fraud is and provided you with link of an example of this on 4 different occasions. In my 40 years of practicing law, I have run into plenty of knuckleheads that thought they knew 'something'. After advising them and recommending they cease and desist their behavior, I gave up and told them to go ahead and practice it. They soon got themselves in trouble with the law, and I was still good enough to help them out. Go ahead and make yourself vaxx cards and lets see who is right here. Apparently you have forgot the most basic moral law. Thou shalt not lie.
Oh my God 😂 no. You are not a lawyer. Most certainly not. I am thinking you're a SHILL in need of DEPORTATION.
Moral 😂 law 😂
As opposed to civil law, criminal law, or contract law.... Ya know.... Actual laws 😂👌
Okay Mr. Lawyer Man.... You wanna fucking dance let's do this shit. Quote me one goddamn statute forbidding "lying" and calling it fraud. Show me a statute defining fraud with the stupidass definition you are using and give me the proper location of the law since you 'are a lawyer.'
Protip: if this sign § is missing from your answer it's not a fucking 😂 answer 😂
Edit: as a matter of fact simple possession of an entire fake medical record is not a crime you goddamn moron
Gladly, but tell me the State you are from in order for me to answer. I can tell you your county and city ordinances on it as well.
You said you were practicing law WHICH IS SOMETHING ONLY A LAWYER CAN DO, fuckhead:
Your comment has nothing to do with the original post. You were originally condoning lying and deceiving the father, which is fraud. Thou shalt not lie. Then you started to argue that lying and deceiving is not fraud to continue your condoning of lying to father. Shame on you.
Your narrative fraud is deceptive and spurious. There are many legal types of fraud. All of them is lying and deceiving. The legal definition of fraud fits perfectly my definition, in which the victim is harmed. This is the criminal aspect of it. The original post was not over profiting monetarily and fraud doesn't have to be in order for fraud to be committed. A fake driver's license is fraud. Election fraud is another, etc., etc.
First you assumed I was a lawyer. I never stated this. You did. Now, you are assuming that all lawyers practice law, This is also false. Try being honest because twisting words is not working. You are starting to look very poorly, Try the straight and narrow. Tell the truth instead of condoning deceit and lying.
I SCREENCAPPED THIS COMMENT FOR WHEN YOU INEVITABLY DELETE OR EDIT IT.
Reported the fuck out of you
Condoning lying and deceiving is shameful. Thou shalt not Lie. The Straight and narrow is the path of truth.
Yet, statutory **does **provide ALL that you deny. Don't act as a provocateur and infiltrate these threads with your deception. I provided proof positive that your narrative is unlawful.
I find it strange that you pretend not to read the link I provided on 2 occasions for you to read. There already is a federal criminal case against a homeopathic doctor who advocated the very same bad advice that you are advocating. My point has always been that deceit and lying is a very bad idea. By doing so, one is not advocating anything better than the enemy.
What a tragedy it is when we have to start listening to advice of deceivers. The truth is the strait and narrow and its edge is sharper than the always dull and obtuse blade for deceiving and lying. None of this helps anyone else and makes the situation far worse for everyone else.
