I wouldn't have a problem with communists if they were just people who were wrong about the best system, but otherwise were willing to debate their ideas, respect others views who disagree with them and act like a human being. You would think the whole idea of social goodness could attract people who at least have a big heart and are well meaning.
Instead throughout history and now we are seeing that instead communists are fucking trash humans with no heart at all. In the last year and a half we have some of the most pathetic displays of basic human decency of our lives as woke communists go around name calling, bullying, playing games, virtue signalling, physical violence, etc. Meanwhile at the highest levels the moral decrepitness is consistent as the media lies relentlessly and the Democrats act like cartoon bad guy authoritarians. Communism despite being on paper a more well meaning ideology than Nazism ends up as destructive just cause its believers are equally dogshit morally.
Why does communism pair so well with shitheadness instead of softies?

What is most resembles is the feudal systems of old with them as the kings and queens looking down on the peasants, and using them and their children's lives to satisfy their every whim and sadistic desire. Communism is just the promise they use to remove the existing people in power.

Communism appeals to people's jealousy. They're jealous of those that have more without realizing that (usually) those who have more worked hard to get it. So they want to take for themselves what other people have earned. That could be homes, food, medical care, clothes, etc. Any basic understanding of economics or history will tell you that if people aren't rewarded for hard work, the hard work will stop and everyone will suffer. That's what we see today with Cuba, North Korea,and to some extent China, and previously in the USSR.

Communism appeals to collectivists and collectivists are big fans of central planning. They actually like the idea of a small unelected board of “experts” running everything because they believe that gets them closer to central planning and central planning gets them closer to forcing through their communist utopia. They don’t realize that the free market, with each individual pursuing his own area of expertise and self-interest, is the smarter, more organic, more efficient system. Even if the central planners have 180 IQs and completely noble intentions, they would still not have the level of expertise in every area to manage an entire economy. It’s too complex. That is why central planners consistently make things worse when they interfere.
It's all fake. Some people who are truly morally reprehensible and know it in their hearts, adopt an outward facade of "virtue" [social goodness] extremism to try to compensate for their morally bankrupt souls.
