If the average citizen failed to comply with a subpoena, they would immediately be brought up on charges. This nonsense of "we really mean it this time, guys" is bullshit. Either comply with the subpoenas already issued or arrest them now. Anything else is a RINO cop-out.

Normal people have to comply with subpoenas. Criminal politicians do not believe they apply to them.
