I mean...we don't really know who this is or where, what day or what moment the photo was taken, why he's rubbing his face...it could have been some other info he was viewing, or his gesture unrelated to whatever info he was viewing at the moment...he could have just realized he forgot something important, yada yada

Agreed.

Having said this, I believe it to be an accurate representation of the approximate truth.

Pretty sure a lot of the reporters who have been swearing up and down there is no fraud are not gonna be sticking around much longer.
