The absolute risk reduction for the AZ vaccine is only 1.5%. Pfizer is only 0.84%. Not sure if they had J&J over there too, but AZ has the highest ARR.

It might as well be saline with that uselessly small risk reduction. You’re just getting nastier side effects than saline would give you.
